Guntersville Municipal Court, located at 325 Gunter Avenue, is the city’s criminal court. The court has jurisdiction over traffic cases as well as non-traffic misdemeanor cases, which occur within the City of Guntersville or it’s police jurisdiction.
The court office is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Court is held each Wednesday at 1:00 P.M. in Guntersville Town Hall located at 340 Blount Avenue.For more information contact the office at (256) 571-7579.
